I agree, only as an emergency. I personally won't eat them on induction. I've tried, and even one bar a day slowed if not stalled my weigh loss for a day or so. I'd try to stay sugar free for induction to cleanse your body of them. If you can make it past the first few weeks, you shouldn't get cravings very often if at all. Good luck with your new LC diet.
