eating protein and high cal is the best way to build muscle, that's what i'm trying to do right now too
Could u post some of your sample menus? Do u know your CCL? Have u found eating the above foods still caused you to loose weight (which would be bad since it'd correspond to a loss of muscle as well)?-- thanks, just looking for some advice here as well!
