Hi lilrose, I love fitday. You can post your lfitday page so anyone can take a look at it. I'll look at if you like. I know how the fat just creeps up. It's very frustrating. well 1000 calories might be a little low for you. Anyway are you exercising too or just sticking to the eating? I'm doing both and last week i actually started running again. Made me feel good and slim.

Well keep up the work it's hard at firs but i think (i think i'm almost there) it gets easier. I'm doing the zone if you ever want to try a different diet. But from everyone posting it seems like atkins works well too.
