I had good results on 50-90g carbs/day, but they really exploded when I took it over 100/day. I felt much better in the gym and could work out at quite a bit higher intensity...which has the effect of burning more calories as well as making the muscle gain come faster.
I was surprised at how much better my workouts went once I was well and truly out of ketosis. It's made me reconsider the whole LC thing if I am going to be lifting this heavy.
