My goal for this weeks challenge: - No beers
- No potatoes, White bread, rolls, Corn chips or pasta
- Drink at least 10x 10oz of water
- Exercise at least 5 times this week (3x walking 2x weights)
- Take all my supplements (Flax seed oil, Chromium, Calcium, Glucosamine with Chondroitin, Multi Vitamin)
