My Plan
My plan for the week is:
- Stay at or below 35 carbs
- Do not eat any white foods (sugar, flour, rice or potatoes) or high carb foods
- Drink at least 10-8 oz glasses of water per day
- Take my vitamins & supplements daily
- Limit myself to only 1 S/F treat/serving (jello, mini candies, ice cream) per day
Nawchem, glad to see you here. Perhaps you can get the candy dish moved to another location (my old stand by is that the Dr said I have to watch my sugar intake, which isn't a lie because all Dr's say not to eat to much sugar) or keep a few S/F mini candies at your desk for those times it's just to hard to resist. Have a great trip.
