Tried to find that recipe you just posted a link to, but no luck. I also couldn't even get to lowcarbrecipes.org. (Did you copy and paste the link or type it in?)

I did find one though at http://www.lowcarbrecipes.com/samplerecipes.html that sounds quite easy.
It's the third one down.
