I hear you....loud and clear. I don't usually feel hunger pangs if I don't eat the carbs. It's those carbs that wreak havoc with my blood sugar...upward spikes followed by downward tumbles....then I would get those "climb the wall" cravings....and I'd know I was in trouble!! I'm diabetic, and back in 1995 the dietitian put me on the standard ADA diet....and told me that when the "low" comes, eat a piece of hard candy or something with sugar to boost the low. None of this ever worked for me because I was always having those feelings...but when I started a low carb plan...I had no such feelings...they all disappeared....thus, I felt no hunger pangs. I literally have to remind myself to eat at times....

Consider it a blessing that you don't have the hunger pangs as often....it has to do with eating less carbs...which stimulate more...and more....and more...etc.....
