I am not a nurse but I am medially oriented. I am a certified medical assistant and I worked in the pharmacy department at the hospital and I worked with nurses in that department. Ohhh, do I wish I was doing this diet back then. However, I did not need to diet when I was there. If I needed to drop 5 lbs. or so, I could do it easily. I would love to have debated this with my colleagues. Surprisingly, doctors aren't as knowledgeable about meds. If you want to know anything about medecine, ask a pharmacist.
