I agree that it's our responsibilities to eat healthily. But now local bakeries who have established themselves as low carb might have difficulty advertising (the Lo Carb Baker, for instance). Yet Atkins foods will be instantly recognisable.
I just think it's throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
