but my mom is also worried..she doesn't think that this is the right diet for me..because I have an underactive thyroid..but..I think it is cuz people with underactive thyroids do best when limiting the amount of suger they take in...but oh well..I'll stick with it for a couple more weeks and see if I do any better then I am now..
