I have found that eating fried food slowed me down ALOT. I would stay away from them. Try eating some more veggies, like romaine lettuce... yummy. Careful about salad dressings though. Some of them have lots of sugar in them. I think you need to eat more too. Your menu is very small. Eating more is better!
