I use it most mornings for ahot cereal. 2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 2 tbsp unprocessed wheat bran, and 1 scoop designer whey. I add what ever for flavor, typically cinnimon. It is a nice filling way to start the day, or good for a snack other times.

And I agree, enhanced muscle growth is not a bad thing. A higher lean mass from muscle means a higher metabolism, improved circulation, less cellulite, and an overall tight toned look. Just dieting and losing lean mass means flabby areas will probably stick around.
