Some just have a harder time than others..I know you can do this..maybe you just need to read more about what you are going through to get a grip on you WOE.
There is a lot of good advice on here to help you..one thing I can suggest is to get a journal to keep track of your foods and how you feel. Just a suggestion that helps us on Low Carbing.
