Thanks for all the responses. I normally work out 8-10 times a week. In the morning and the evening.. Maybe I work out to much.. Cuz my scale hardly ever moves, and I just keep gaining. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but does it take up more room to? Just curious because I have had to buy bigger sizes. Again thank you.
