Hello everyone. I am so glad that this forum exsists. I have been reading all of the threads for about a month now. After the news of my doctor giving me that I am one point from being diabetic and I could have heart disease, I thought that was enough scare to kill me right then. I have been on induction for 3 days and my doctor is all for it. My choletrol was 267, that scared me also. I am following this plan to the letter and now on the treadmill 15min/day, plus pleasure walking where ever I go like malls and park far. I am feeling great so far for such long time. So hi everyone.
