Wow, that's quite a sobering story MyJourney, thank you for sharing. It's amazing how much one discovers about low-carb. The media demonizes it so much that it discourages people from trying it, and stories like yours show us just how many people could be helped, if the health community would have an open mind. It borders on malpractice really. I bet you than 20 years from now they will look back at this period as being the dark age of nutrition (and maybe even of the treatment of heart disease).
