Default Muscle aches body fatigue, and weightloss

Hello all,

I'm wondering about something which I am seemingly noticing repeatedly with my particular weightloss. Although I haven't lost all that much, (18lbs) I find that every time my weight drops noticibly on the scales, or after a stall, my body/muscles have been particularily sore, or "tired" feeling the day before. It's hard to describe, not like having worked out too hard, ...just a general achiness; but no pain per se.

I will go out on a limb here and suggest the following...Could the process of loosing weight; the burning of fat, or even ketosis cause the body to be sore? Could the process of building muscle, as quickly as we tend to, ...result in this tiredness of muscle I feel I'm experiencing on occasion.

Lastly, am I alone in noticing the phenomenon? ...or have I been drinking just a wee bit too much of the ol' H2O?....

Appreciate your thoughts,
Muse
