I eat artificial foods. They are convienent and have a longer shelf life, though I do try to stick to natural when I can.

For me the distinction is it something I could go get on my own. Herbs cna be dried and distilled so they count. if it's something that is chmically altered or produced in a lab, then I consider it artificial.
