Here is what I do not understand. If they cannot stop eating before the surgery, why afterwards can they "subsist primarily on skinless chicken breasts, sugar-free Flintstone vitamins, and 64 ounces of water or Crystal Light a day" afterwards. If before the surgery all the yate was the chicken, vitamins and water, then they would have lost the weight without the surgery. Where did the will power afterwards come from?
