Something I don't understand here. I got zero willpower....ZERO. I must be the queen of no willpower, yet, I don't eat junk food all day long. I don't eat all day long period. I eat 3 times a day with the occasional snack. I also have a good solid appetite. But I rarely eat to the point of being full, and most often stop when I'm satisfied.

My downfall is that I like carbs too much, but that's another story.

What I don't understand is what motivates someone to eat non stop. Is it truely some sort of dysfunctional relationship with food ? I just fail to understand. I know that when I tried low-fat or calorie restriction, I ended up getting the power munchies when I just couldn't stop eating. But that doesn't happen when I eat a proper amount of fat. Those teens are obviously eating a lot of fat, so that's not their problem.

I'm just wondering what led them to be so overweight.
