I am back after 6 months of trying to maintain my 31 lb loss but I need to lose about 65 lbs more and I am ready to start again .I managed to maintain my previous weightloss but was feeling a few lbs creeping back so I decided to start again.
I can't believe how many restaurants and grocery stores are now stocking so much more low carb and Atkins products even then they did 6 months ago.!!

Anyway it is good to be back and I look forward to another successful weight loss-This place kept me on track last time and I know it will again!!
