Welp Meh!
How many cups of like roman lettuce, or salad all its self, should I have a day? and should all my 20g of carbs come from salad mainly? b/c basically everything else like meats dont have carbs, except my dressing (3 cheeses ranch -Kraft-) and like the cheese, and the butter, and my eggs. EhY!
