I'm pretty lucky. My DH has been sooooo good through this! He doesn't need to do any diet or exercise - he's got one of those metabolisms we'd all LOVE to have! And he can eat anything without gaining an OUNCE! Needless to say, my DH has been so supportive. He eats what I make, and if he wants something like ice cream or Girl Scout Cookies he is kind enough to ask if it's ok if I eat in front of him!  He's never said anything like "c'mon one bite wont hurt." And he always asks me if I've had enough carbs and how much did I weight in at today... Like I said - I'm pretty lucky!
