Prissy, best way to start is by reading Dr. Atkins book. If you read in the past, just re-read it again. It's quite motivating to get a fresh start by revisiting the book to refresh your understanding and build your commitment. I also recommend reading Protein Power, and the details and sequence is very motivating.
