Bacon and sausage are processed. You can have them, but limit your intake.

Eggs and egg beaters, yep....but whole eggs alone are better (I use the egg beaters in my shakes sometimes....just can't bring myself to use real eggs in that!

If they say 100% beef, they should be, it's the law....but look for an igredient label and check the carb count. Carb count should be 0.

The best thing for fluid retention is drinking more and watching your salt intake. If you feel bloated try cutting back on salt. (If you meatn your bowels, try adding fiber!)

Have you read any of the books? They're really helpful in figuring things out.
