My situational triggers are holidays and my birthday. For this past Thanksgiving and Christmas I really didn't have a plan - next ones my plan is to make lc dishes for me even if no one else will eat them. This past birthday I made myself an almond cake that turned out pretty durn good if I do say so myself...I'm going to work on tweaking it to make it even better.
Another trigger is the television/movie time when the family makes popcorn or snacks on other stuff....so far I've just resisted, but my plan when I can't is bbq pork rinds or olives.
