What is the between the lines on NCAHF?

Ha! I was wondering the same thing. Everytime I hear one of these names that sounds all righteous and pompous and with big-time agendas, like PCRM, I always start to wonder about this very question. Even if I tend to agree with them, I wonder why they have an agenda, what their credentials are, and who gives them money and why those people give them money.
PCRM should be called PETA + Doctors with vegetarian diet books to sell.
I wonder the same thing about that Weston Price foundation that everyone is fond of quoting. What true motivation lies behind their anti-soy motivation? Is it really just health consequences of eating soy or is there some funding coming from another agricultural business or is someone trying to sell books and supplements?
