Mayonnaise helped me get off my stall. I usually eat tuna or chicken salad for lunch with mayo and I also mix mayo with a little bit of ketchup and dip everything in it - hamburger patties, steak, chicken, anything. I find I have the best losing days if I keep the mayo flowing.
