Dusty, Spinning is a term used for bicycling where a fitness instructor takes a group through a virtual bike ride. Usually they play music and have the fans going and turn the lights out and you imagine the road ahead. It could be a flat straight-away, a big hill or trying to pass someone. It's cycling, but more fun!! J
