I make mine with 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed... 3 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein isolate... 2/3 cup of water. Nuke it for 2 mins... add a dollop of cream, butter, SF syrup... yummmmm

Australian tablespoons are a bit bigger (20mls) than in the US (15 mls) so make them heaped.
