That is not exactly correct LadyBelle.
Read the post by Leenie in this thread, in which she received an email from the company which explains the difference between the two.
The pertinent info is: - Granular - sucralose, maltodextrin (0.5 gram per tsp.)
- Packets - sucralose, maltodextrin and dextrose (.9 gram per packet = 2 tsp. of granular)
