I personally wouldn't count any calories from most vegetables. Heck my body is just happy I'm eating them and trust me I didn't get fat from eating "too" many veggies.
Also I figure if I am eating lots of veggies then they fill me up and I won't eat as many calories on other foods. (In theory of course)
