Well...the every two weeks or more was just if you were worried about slowing loss too much...so you've done okay. How much has your weight slowed? How many carbs are you up to per day? Have you run in to anything that seems to have stalled you? Makes me feel better that there's someone out there doing this. Did you add dairy? Thanks!
