I have been reading that some of you are taking coconut oil and it's helping you lose weight faster! Tell me that it's true!!! Living here in Hawaii....I should be able to ahold of that pretty easy (most of the lc stuff hasn't made it's way here yet). I know this is an ongoing effort, but hey I'll take the losing fast no problem. Then I just got to keep it off!
