Hope you are having a great vacation. I'm down to 159. The last couple of days have been tough. TOM comes on Sunday, and my mood swings are terrible the last two days. Been having some cravings too. Luckily, I am surviving. My only cheat was some popcorn yesterday, not too much. The scales didn't move, so at least I didn't go overboard. Can't wait to here from you.
