I'm so sorry to hear of your loss! Like everyone is saying, don't dwell on it! Focus on where you are now and what you're doing now. You're a doing well today - keep up the good work and stay strong! YOU CAN DO IT! Something that helps me out after I've cheated is lots and lots more water!!
