Er... no. But I usually mix in enough protein powder and ground almonds to mellow out the mucousy effect.

Aha - a discrepancy.

I used the search function, and there are two different entries: "flax seeds" and "seeds, flaxseed". They appear to be different. I used the latter.

Part of it is probably a rounding error. If you try to enter a tbsp as .0625 cup, it'll round. If you use "seeds, flaxseed", there's a tbsp entry for it.

...but that doesn't account for all of it.
