You might want to try a refeed instead...to get your metabolism running again. Now that you are closer to your goal weight it might really help.
I did one last weekend...2 days...I gained 5 lbs of water during it, but lost all the weight after 2 days, and now I've started to lose more weight (yay!) down another 2 lbs
