It may sounds funny but I have all teh sympthoms most folks are complaining about since starting low carbing. I never correlated them with low carbing. I do take multi, calcium/magnesium, and a bunch of other supplements and eat more vegetables and fruit in general. Ive adjusted my fat intake and my weight started coming off again. This legs throbbing is very annoying and kinda scary. Thanks for posting this, I feel better than I'm not alone. My health in general went down hill since I've started low carbing, but the worst was on ketosis. I also have tingling all over my body, sometimes I feel like 1000 ants are crawling under my skin. I suspect it may be some nerve damage due to lack of certain vitamins and minerals, may be B-group. even if we take supplements, it's not the same as when body manufactures it from food.
I'll try to add B-complex and see if this condition will improve.
