One more question about the scales. I think I remember hearing that they use sound or light or something through the feet to measure body fat. I have an orthopedic issue that prevents one heel from touching the ground--one leg is about 3 inches shorter than the other, and I cannot flex the ankle at all. Would this prevent the body fat scale from working for me?
