Val

I have had this for about a year which also coincides with me getting CFS, I only started low carbing in October and it has not made it worse. I have had oesophagus spasms for several years but only if I ate really dry foods such as potatoes without gravy. These spasms were excrutiatingly painful but they always went away by themselves. Luckily potatoes are not on the menu anymore....

Somewhere I read that sometimes people with celiac disease have a burning sensation in the throat. I recently cut wheat from my diet because I have become intolerant to it. Maybe other food intolerances could do this, too...

I really wish I knew the answer..

All the best
Michaela
