Even though I'm on the low card diet nearly eight weeks I've only re-started training 2 weeks ago because of my dodgy knees first week I lost 3lbs and last week nothing even when I did two 3 mile runs and two 4 mile runs and kept as close as possible to the induction level and every day was turing the ketone stips a dark colour every day.
I found that I will need a energy boost before runs because I feel very drained while running.
