Soy Flour icky..
HI there,
I heard awhile back that soy flour was a lowcarb alternative to real flour...so when I saw it in the store I bought a bag $2.69cdn..just a little bag...I had come across this cheese bread receipe...so I thought I would try it today...I couldn't even bring myself to eat very much of it...the soy flour seemed to have a bizarre before/during/after taste. ...kinda fishy? yet metallic? is that normal?
Anyways I had a craving for a Baking Powder type biscuit (warm with butter)...any other suggestions?
