Watch out for that slippery slope of cheating. I just quit a terrible binge after promising to end it for 5 days. Today, 10 lbs heavier, I came to my senses after experiencing to worst stomach ache ever. Why did I do it? Because I am an addict. Always remember, guys, we are addicts. The only difference is, no one even looks at us funny when we are in the supermarket with a cartload of our drug of choice. I think that is partly what the problem is: what most people consider normal food is like narcotics to me. Tonight, I am reafirming why I live lc--to be slim and healthy.
