You can grow tons of herbs. Some just for aroma, but many for cooking. Personal favorites of mine are basil and green onions (though thosemay not be an herb). I love those little rosemary trees that look just like small evergreens as well. With most herbs and spices, if there are carbs the amount you would use normally would be make them neglagable. (um too small to worry about) With fresh you get a better taste as well.
