Last year I trained for the California Aids Ride and I logged a lot of miles on my bicycle here in Los Angeles. I think you are going through a period of adjustment (which I also experienced) at the beginning of this WOE. After a while you will probably be okay. Just be SURE you drink enough water and don't get dehydrated.
