Robin, if lowcarbexercise.com is Kate and Graeme Street, I have the beginner program and enjoy it. I am in an apt and can do it comfortably. It also uses a stability ball which I like. I even use their warmup as my warmup when I'm doing other videos or weight trining. It's a bit pricey but I've wasted more $ on other things.
