Sadly, it does have carbs in it, just in a small enough amount that they don't have to be listed. (If it's less than 1 per serving, US manufacturers can put 0.) Heavy cream and whipping cream are the same thing (although if it's pasteurized, it won't whip very well).

Still, that's not too bad a carb count for an entire PIE. Plus that looks very yummy. I will be trying it ASAP.
