i do not take white rice (or bread or pasta) during BFL tho. when i was LCing (before started BFL) i managed to stay put without carb (in my case white rice) and did not miss it. now for BFL training, i'm on 4-5 meals a day. i know this sounds crazy but i do not take myoplex yet.....i just use non g.m.o soy protein as a shake untill i run out (i was also on detox and organic diet, reason why i have that soy protein and sugar was a big no-no). i might start myoplex when i run out soy protein soon. (those protein shakes are wayyy expensive here..) i'm doing all the BFL training and miss none so far. re: cravings i agree that protein shake might've helped....for now i will just save that for free day hay altho i must admit its hard to resist the 'sweet' tempt. :-O
mike, thanks i can see you're progressing good with your training 8% BF thats encouraging!
other LCers: i still would like to know what are your carb intake like while doing BFL thanks!
